Roscosmos Orders Launches of 8 Soyuz Crewed Spacecraft to ISS in 2021-2025

MOSCOW - The state corporation Roscosmos has signed contracts for the launches of eight Soyuz-MS crewed spacecraft and 13 Progress-MS space freighters to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2021-2025, according to data from SPARK Marketing.
According to the contracts, the Energia Rocket and Space Corporation must produce eight Soyuz-MS crewed spacecraft and take part in their launches and landings in the period from January 1, 2021 to November 31, 2025. Additionally, Energia will build 13 Progress-MS cargo transportation vehicles.
The contracts also include the services of ensuring the Soyuz-MS spacecraft's landings in 2020-2021 and the production of another crewed spacecraft by February 28, 2025.
A total of 58.6 billion rubles will be allocated for the production, takeoffs and landings of the spacecraft. (Interfax)
