KUWAIT CITY- Kuwait will hold creative advertisement award 2020 of the Arab Media Forum in December to promote a competitive and creative spirit, Madhi Al-Khamis, general secretary of the forum, said on Monday.
The event comes to highlight efforts by the Kuwaiti and Arab advertising and producing institutions, Al-Khamis said in a statement.
The award seeks to raise the standards of the advertising industry to be in line with international standards, he said.
He stressed the keenness of the Arab Media Forum to honor several institutions and personalities that have emerged throughout the year 2020 in their outstanding creativity, where it will also contribute to encouraging them to develop this key industry.
The award includes 12 categories in the fields of creativity from various government and private agencies, with the participation of several Kuwaiti media associations and advertising companies from Kuwait and Arab countries, he said. (Xinhua)
