KABUL - President Ashraf Ghani fired five government officials of Farah province on Monday on accounts of corruption, according to the Provincial Council Head Farid Bakhtawar.
The five fired include the Governor of Farah, the provincial police chief, National Directorate of Security Chief, customs chief, and the border commissioner.
Ghani has banned the five men from exiting the country and has ordered the Attorney General's Office for further legal investigation. (Tolonews)
