Head of the Integrity Watch (IW) in Afghanistan urged that releasing of Kabul Bank defaulter Ferizi is a insult to the existed laws and Afghan Nation, he had also demanded to see the following case pursued seriously.
Meanwhile members of the National Assembly have accused some of the figures who are close to the Government having done this deal.
However the President Deputy spokesman Sayed Zafar Hashimi has insisted that the following issue is under the review and soon the final results will be shared to Nation.

Head of the Integrity Watch in Afghanistan Sayed Ikram Afzaly said,” signing contract with a criminal is not only shocking news but also its an insult for Afghan Nation, those who are involved in releasing of Ferozi should be introduced to the people.”
Mp Daud Kalakani said,” Releasing of Ferozi is contrary to Afghanistan constitution, and the judicial system in the country, Mr. Ferozi has been released based on deal by some of the close Government figures, this issue should be pursued by the judicial and justice system.”
There are ways for a prisoner to be released temporary from the jail,one is if someone guarantees the prison, but his freedom should be discussed, and President Mohamamd Ashraf Ghani has ordered seriously to see the case pursed Deputy Spokesman Hashimi said.
Khalilullah Ferozi is one of the Kabul bank defaulters who has been executed in the court and was put to jail for 10 years, it needs to be declared that who were involved in releasing Ferozi.
