KABUL - First deputy of CEO Eng. Mohammad Khan on Sunday said that the Local officials and powerful figures have seized more than 3 million acres of lands across the country.

First deputy of CEO said that it really needs serious measures to retake all the lands grabbed by the local officials and powerful figures across the country adding that Retaking grabbed lands has become a serious challenge for the Nation and Government.

Eng. Mohammad Khan said, “according to officials report 3 million acres of lands are still seized and it must be more then that.”

In order to retake all the grabbed Governmental and none Governmental lands serious efforts are needed to tackle this issue, if urgent steps are not taken, the number of seized lands will go higher than that, Eng. Mohammad Khan added. (ATN)
