ISIS Fighters Kidnap 30 Including Women

JALALABAD - Militants fighting for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group fighting in Afghanistan have abducted at least 30 civilians, including women in eastern Nangarhar province.
According to the local officials, the ISIS terrorists also killed eight civilians and injured seven others during an attack in Kot district.
Provincial governor’s spokesman Ataullah Khogyani confirmed that women and children were among those killed or wounded during the attack by ISIS loyalists.
He said clashes continued between the Afghan forces and the ISIS militants in Kot district since early Friday ad at least 37 ISIS loyalists have been killed so far.
Khogyani further added that 32 militants fighting for the terror group have also been wounded during the clashes.
The loyalists of ISIS terrorist group have not commented regarding the report so far.
In the meantime, the supporters of the terrorist grou earlier shared pictures of the attack in Kot district which purportedly shows burnt houses as well as dead bodies left in the area following the attack.
The loyalists of ISIS terrorist group continue to their insurgency activities despite receiving major setbacks during the recent months as a result of the Afghan and US forces raids.(KP)
