War Intensified Unprecedentedly in Afghanistan: Security Departments

KABUL - Officials in Afghanistan Security departments have stated that Taliban have intensified war in the country to have the control of some of the areas, amid Afghan special and commando forces have launched 18 military operations to remove insurgents in different areas.
War erupted in different provinces of Afghanistan unprecedentedly in the past months where Taliban have reached into Hesarak district of Nangarhar and captured Khanabad district of Kunduz province.
Ministry of Interior Affairs Spokesman Sediq Sediqee said,” We have witnessed different raids of Taliban, efforts are underway to neutralize the enemies plans, necessary measurements are being adopted for Baghlan and Kunduz provinces, we believe that Taliban are pushing for the last time to gain the control of the some of the areas, we will not permit Taliban to meet their desires.”
Opposing the issue Afghan special, commando forces have launched 18 military operations against terrorists in 17 provinces of the country where dozens of the insurgents were killed and injured.
Ministry of Defense Spokesman Dawlat Waziri said,” Taliban lost dozens of its fighters before Holy month of Ramadan and after that.”
Despite of Afghan security forces U.S Air forces have resumed operations of its B-52H Stratofortress strategic bomber in Afghanistan for the first time in ten years to provide more ground supports for the Afghan security forces for pounding the safe houses of the insurgents in Afghanistan.
War in Helmand and Kunduz provinces have made thousands of the local residents to flee from their shelters and find better safe places either in the neighboring provinces.(Agencies)
