KABUL - European Union (EU) Special Representative Ambassador VygaudasUšackas condemned on Tuesday's attacks that left several dead and injured in Kabul. Ambassador Vygaudas Ušackas expressed his grief over the attacks, saying such acts would never prevent Afghans from reaching an everlasting peace and reconciliation in their country.
