Indo-Afghan Commerce Chamber  Stresses New Trade Opportunities

KABUL - The Indo-Afghan Chamber of Commerce Director Mr. Kanwarjit Bajaj has met Afghan envoy to India and discussed the company background and future activities, a media report said on Wednesday.
The meeting took place on Tuesday at the Afghan envoy Shaida Abdali’s office in New Delhi.
During the meeting, the Indo-Afghan Chamber of Commerce briefed the Ambassador about the company’s background, activities and the future plans.
Indo Afghan Chamber of Commerce provides a platform for traders of both the countries to interact with each other, get to know about the new trade opportunities at national and international levels.
It also provides information about the Indian trade rules and regulations.
The officials of the Indo-Afghan Chamber of Commerce evinced their desire to enhance their trade activities in Afghanistan and requested the Afghan Embassy to help them with the same.
While praising 64 years of their trade relations with Afghanistan, Ambassador Abdali welcomed their interest in further their company’s business activities in Afghanistan.
He assured them of the embassy’s full cooperation in helping them to expand their business in Afghanistan.
Established in 1952, the Indo-Afghan Chamber of Commerce has been involved importing and trading dry fruits, nuts, herbs and spices across the world.
Mr. Mohammad Shoaib Habibi, the Economic Counselor of the Embassy was also present at this meeting. (Pajhwok)
