Karzai has asked the participants to provide their ideas about the negotiation with the United States, Europe, NATO and India.

Jihadi Leaders advised Karzai to start talks with the Pakistan government and stop his efforts in inviting Taliban to the peace process, according to them Taliban are the elements of a bigger structure which is the Pakistani intelligence service (ISI), therefore, it would be better for the Afghan Government to talk to the leaders not with the members.
