PESHAWAR - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan says border markets are being set up to revive business activities in tribal districts.
The creation of the markets would boost economic and trade activities besides providing livelihood opportunities, the chief minister said.
He discussed with participants of a meeting the priorities of the government, including the restoration of peace in the region.
In a statement, he said the Torkham crossing with Afghanistan was being kept open round the clock -- a proof of Pakistan’s desire for better relations with the neighbour. (Pajhwok)
