KABUL - National Security Advisor (NSA) Hamdullah Mohib on Sunday discussed the peace process with Germany’s special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan.
A statement from the NSA media’s office said Mohib and Potzel Markus discussed matters concerning peace and security in the country.
The two sides also exchanged views on the upcoming intra-Afghan dialogue, with Mohib offering his observations on how to make the next round more fruitful, the statement added.
The German special envoy Potzel Markus said his country would host the intra-Afghan dialogue soon to help and cooperate with the Afghan peace process.
Markus also shared information about the intra-Afghan dialogue to be held in Germany in near future.
He said his country wanted to know the view of Afghan government and the people of Afghanistan about peace. (Pajhwok)
