KABUL - President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani at decree announced AFGs400 million commitment to help Herat province contain the spread of novel coronavirus.
President Ghani allocated AFGs400 million funding to support efforts in Herat to contain the spread of the dreaded coronavirus, as the infection toll from the pandemic virus jumped to 13 in Herat, bringing the total cases to 22 in Afghanistan.
President ensured Herat residents that the Afghan government is committed to stay by their side.
Looking at other dimensions of the coronavirus, President Ghani ensured that urgent actions will be taken in regard with management of returnees, mobilization of aids, emergency relief, prevention of recession, and provision of special facilities.
The AFGs400 million fund was allocated as the infection toll hit 22 in Afghanistan. (TKG)
