US Agencies Renew  Support to Afghanistan’s Agriculture Sector

KABUL - The US Agency for International Development (USAID), US Department of Agriculture and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) has renewed its commitment to support Afghanistan’s agriculture sector.
The US agencies pledged support in capacity building, creation of quality labs and production in compliance with international traded standards.
The commitment was made during an on line event attended by Agriculture Minister Anwar ul Haq Ahadi, USAID, USDA and CLDP representatives.
Ahadi stressed over US cooperation in the provision of quality labs and facilitating Afghanistan’s export to world markets.
The US agencies officials renewed their support and added improving the quality of agriculture and livestock products could pave the way for a large amount of export to world markets. (Pajhwok)
