Saleh and Mohib Did Not Attend  Parliament Session

KABUL - First Vice President Amrullah Saleh and National Security Advisor Hamdullah Mohib did not attend today’s session of the Wolesi Jirga.
A special session of the House of Representatives, attended by security officials, was held behind closed doors.
The first vice president and national security adviser were also summoned to the meeting, but they did not attend.
Speaker of the Wolesi Jirga Mir Rahman Rahmani said that today’s meeting was attended by Defense Minister Assadullah Khalid, National Security Director Ahmad Zia Siraj, Interior Minister Massoud Andarabi, But VP, Amrullah Saleh, and National Security Advisor, Hamdullah Mohib did not appear before the parliament to respond.
State Ministry for Parliament affairs stated, that Saleh will attend once the formalities are observed and the agenda of the meeting is set.
This comes as Parliament discussed security incidents in the country on Wednesday and summoned Top governmental officials to answer PMs. (KHAAMA PRESS)
