Afghanistan Reports 205 New Covid-19 Cases in 24 Hours

KABUL - Ministry of Public Health reported Sunday, that out of 691 samples, 205 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
At least 129,334 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 6,531 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 29 individuals have Recovered from COVID-19, and 12 individuals are reported dead.
The new cases recorded in Kabul are 18, Herat 59, Kandahar Four, Balkh 14, Nangarhar 27, Bamyan Nine, Kunduz Seven, Nimorz Two, Badghis Two, Parwan One, Logar Two, Badakhshan 17, Ghazni 10, Helmand Three, Ghor One, Kapisa 18, Zabul 10, and Samangan One
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 43,240, Total deaths are 1,617 and the total recoveries are recorded 35,092.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 53,976,457 and the dead are reported to more than 1,311,942 according to Johns Hopkins’ global dashboard. (Khaama Press)
