Afghanistan Reports  211 New COVID-19 Cases in 24 Hours

KABUL - Ministry of Public Health reported Monday, that out of 2,214 samples, 211 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.
At least 182,599 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 9,445 known active cases in the country.
According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 543 individuals have Recovered from COVID-19, and 15 individuals are reported dead.
The new cases recorded in Kabul are 39, Herat 78, Kandahar Seven, Balkh Five, Nangarhar 19, Paktya Five, Nimroz Two, Ghazni 10, Badakhshan Three, Laghman 15, Kunar Five, Khost Six, Zabul Two, Uruzgan Four, Paktika Three, Faryab Seven, and Sar-e-Pul One.
The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 50,888, Total deaths are 2,089 and the total recoveries are recorded 39,701.
COVID-19 global toll has increased to 76,871,762 and the dead are reported to more than 1,693,447 according to Johns Hopkins’ global dashboard. (Khaama Press)
