Pakistan Embassy Gets New Building

KABUL - A new building for the Pakistan embassy, named the Quaid-i-Azam Complex, was inaugurated in Kabul on Thursday, the embassy said.
Visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf opened the new building in the Kart-i-Parwan neighborhood in the presence of Afghan ministers and political leaders.

At the inaugural ceremony, Ashraf called Pakistan and Afghanistan two natural allies. With the new structure completed, he hoped, their relations would further grow.
"Good bilateral ties, close political links and constructive cooperation are important for the neighbors' future and development," the prime minister remarked.

His Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar, Advisor on Interior Rehman Malik, Foreign Secretary Jalil Abbas Jilani and Pakistan's Ambassador to Afghanistan Muhammad Sadiq were also present. (Pajhwok)
